Dear Verizon - I USED to love you...
My mothereffing phone is broken. AGAIN.
Yes, that’s right, the phone I just got at the end of March that broke (& was replaced) at the beginning of May.
The port for the charger is loose inside & it won’t charge… I didn’t ralize this until it was almost dead, so now it’s 110% dead & won’t even turn on to let me see the number of the CREEPSTER that text me right before my phone’s demise
I think they call it the enV because you get SO JEALOUS when other people’s phones work & yours is lying lifeless on the floor :(
callme… oh, wait..
the same thing happened to my enV. went into verizon and they gave me a new one for free even though it wasn’t under its first year warranty—still annoying, but at least i didn’t have to pay any money!
